Damien Querlioz and Daniel Lanzillotti Kimura, two C2N laureates of ERC Starting Grants 2016
The ERC Starting Grants from the European Research Council (ERC) support young researchers who obtained their PhDs two to seven years ago. 325 projects were selected in 2016 from all disciplines and include 46 French laureates, six of whom are researchers in INSIS laboratories. Dr. Fabrice RAINERI has been an associate professor at LPN then C2N (in the NanoPhotonIQ team) since 2005, while teaching at Paris Diderot University. His PhD work (2001-04) was on nonlinear Photonic crystals, his post‐doc work was on CW Optical Parametric Oscillators at ICFO (Barcelona, 2005).
