ENTENTE project : Laureate of the CNRS RISE programme

Rémy Braive and Giuseppe Modica, with the support of Robert Horvath, all three researchers at C2N, have developed a new technology for integrated frequency generators on a chip based on the concepts of optomechanics (interaction between optics and acoustics).
This innovative technology, by improving the precision of data arrival times, will revolutionise numerous applications such as the localisation of autonomous vehicles or cloud computing.
This research work led to the ENTENTE project, selected in the latest promotion of the CNRS RISE programme, which supports and creates start-ups from CNRS laboratories.
