ENRIS 2023 : 3rd European Symposium on Nanofabrication Research Infrastructure

ENRIS is an international symposium on nanofabrication cleanroom operation, management and user training, organised every two years by the European consortium EURONANOLAB. It was held in Trondheim (NO) in 2017 and in Enschede (NL) in 2019.

The 3rd edition, ENRIS 2023, is organised by the C2N laboratory, member of the French network of academic cleanrooms RENATECH.

Conclusion of a cooperation agreement with the Korea Electronics Technology Institute
