C2N was recently selected to take part in the CNRS national programme “Un temps d’avance”, an initiative designed for public and private decision-makers (elected officials, industry representatives, and journalists). The programme aims to provide an immersive insight into the role and functioning of public research, as well as its contribution to shedding light on major contemporary challenges.
On this occasion, participants were welcomed to C2N for a laboratory visit, giving them the opportunity to gain a better understanding of our research activities, particularly in the biomedical and space fields.
The day was also marked by the pleasure of welcoming Alain Aspect, Nobel Prize in Physics laureate, once again for a seminar dedicated to this audience of decision-makers, which was also open to C2N PhD students and postdoctoral researchers.
