Workshop on Schottky barrier MOS devices 2019 organized by C2N on October 4th

A workshop on Schottky barrier MOS devices 2019 “Towards neuromorphic and quantum computing applications” will take place on October 4th in the amphitheater Bloch at l'Orme des Merisiers. It is organized by the C2N (CNRS/Univ. Paris-Sud) and the IEEE EDS (Electron Devices Society) French Chapter, and supported by the LabEx NanoSaclay.

This workshop aims to foster interactions and synergies between different communities of researchers working on the same device, the Schottky barrier MOSFET, but with different applications in mind. It brings together 11 guest speakers (including 5 international).
