Solar photovoltaics in France (3rd edition) : reality, potential, and challenges

What is the current state of solar photovoltaic development in France ? What role could it play in the country’s future energy mix? This third edition of the Photovoltaic Solar Guide — enriched with numerous fact sheets and prepared by a group of researchers from C2N, the Ile-de-France Photovoltaic Institute (IPVF), and the French Photovoltaic Research Federation — aims to support informed public discussion on the energy transition in France.

Making nanodevices energy-autonomous

To meet this challenge, researchers are exploring the properties of materials at the nanoscale. The ANR SCENIC project is part of this effort.
