The Physics of Light and Matter (PHOM) Department of Université Paris-Saclay awarded the laureates of a PhOM thesis prize 2018 on the 7th December. Among the laureate is the former C2N PhD Student Marijana Milicevic awarded for her thesis "Manipulation de cônes de Dirac et états de bord dans des réseaux de polaritons en nid d’abeille".
Marijana Milicevic was under the supervision of Alberto Amo and under the direction of Jacqueline Bloch, Silver Medal of CNRS, and she had obtained a L'Oréal-UNESCO grant "For Women in Science" in 2017.
