The "Journées nationales d’Optique Guidée" (JNOG) will be organized in 2019 at C2N

For its 39th edition, the JNOG (Journées nationales d’Optique Guidée) will take place at the Centre de Nanosciences et de Nanotechnologies (C2N) from 2 to 4 July 2019 on the campus of Paris-Saclay. The event is co-organized with the French Society of Optics (SFO).

Every year, the JNOG brings together the French community of guided optics in a friendly atmosphere, around the topics of optical telecommunications, integrated optics, fiber or integrated lasers, sensors and optical instrumentation. The participation of PhD students and young researchers is strongly encouraged.

The Organizing Committee 2019 of this event, co-organized with the SFO, is composed of Béatrice Dagens, CNRS senior researcher at C2N, Frédéric Grillot, Telécom Paris Tech, as well as Pierre Lecoy, Centrale Supélec, representing the club CFOR (
Club Fibres Optiques & Réseaux) at the SFO.
