Infrastructure and Safety Technical Department

The Infrastructure and Safety Technical Department (DTIS) was established in 2025 to bring together all activities related to the maintenance, preparation, and provision of the unit’s real estate, equipment, and technical resources, as well as matters concerning hygiene, safety, and the environment.

Logistics Division

This division is responsible for:

• Receiving, distributing, and shipping mail and parcels

• Receiving and directing visitors

• Managing the supply and stationery store, cleanroom consumables, chemicals, gases, and waste

• Managing the reprographics room, meeting rooms, break rooms, storage areas on the lower ground floor, public areas on the upper ground floor, service vehicles, and coffee/lunch breaks

• Organizing cleaning services

• Managing green spaces

Technical Division

This division handles the maintenance and modifications of technical installations, as well as refurbishment and layout work in the facilities.

It oversees all service providers for construction and maintenance work, including HVAC (Heating - Ventilation - Air Conditioning) operations.

HSE Division

This division ensures compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental protection regulations.

In particular, it is responsible for:

• Maintenance of the fire safety system

• Regulatory inspections related to infrastructure

• Mandatory checks of equipment such as fume hoods

• Preparation for safety commission inspections

• Organizing mandatory safety and regulatory training

• Supervising the team of prevention assistants
