Valérian Giesz, former PhD Student at C2N and co-founder of the startup Quandela is awarded at the "Chercheurs-Entrepreneurs Challenge"

On November 22, 2018, during the final of the "Chercheurs-Entrepreneurs Challenge" competition, Valérian Giesz, a former C2N PhD Student and co-founder with Pascale Senellart andNiccolo Somaschi of the startup Quandela (hosted at C2N) was awarded the 1st prize "Docteurs-Entrepreneurs" by presenting its innovative project to a jury of experts.

Damien Querlioz and Daniel Lanzillotti Kimura, two C2N laureates of ERC Starting Grants 2016

The ERC Starting Grants from the European Research Council (ERC) support young researchers who obtained their PhDs two to seven years ago. 325 projects were selected in 2016 from all disciplines and include 46 French laureates, six of whom are researchers in INSIS laboratories.
